Sales Supervisor
Measures of success:
- Driving Sustainable Channel growth (%) by implementing programs effectively in the market through excellence outlet execution
- Driving digital (B2B…) performance in assigned area/team with close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- People development: managing team performance through addressing high performer and low performer, developing team capability through people development tools.
Purpose of the job
- Ensuring optimal business performance in assigned area through managing excellence execution and winning through the team/people.
Key Accountabilities:
Operations Management
- Ensure the successful achievement of sales targets for oneself and assigned teams.
- Ensure the quality of work (speed, focus, aggression) implemented by Sales Supervisors and Sales Representative with high productivity and cost efficiency.
- Ensure correct communications, sales execution, and monitoring based on guidelines for all outlets in the assigned territory.
- Effectively manage sales personnel in assigned area to ensure agreed deliverables are achieved.
- Work closely with line manager and distributor management team by providing insights, observations and recommendations to improve both agents’ and sales team’s the service at the outlet level.
- Sales performance reviews by using appropriate tracking and performance measuring tools and take efficient corrective actions to address underperformances and improve service levels at outlets.
- Engage and work with various stakeholders for result improvements.
Business Development
- Work with sales operations manager and channel head in identifying business opportunities/threats in the assigned territory through data collection, analysis, market and competitor trends.
People Development
- Drive progressive mindset, performance driven, engaging and open-minded attitudes.
- Develop capability and desired culture for team and individuals through role-modelling, coaching, mentoring and other necessary means of people development tools.
Key Knowledge and Experience
- Higher Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales.
- 2+ years in consumer goods industry
- 2+ years in sales/marketing for both on strategic planning and executions
- 2+ years managing sales operations
