Sales Capabilities Manager

Summary of the Position:

 

Lead the development of sales capabilities at HEINEKEN Cambodia.

 

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

 

Excellent Outlet Execution

  • Lead the ongoing development and embedding of the HEINEKEN Excellent Outlet Execution (EOE) framework and its key elements.

 

Sales Competency Development

  • Responsibility for the development and deployment of the sales competency development program including the Global Sales Academy

 

Sales Execution Capabilities Programs

  • Ensure the scoping, planning, deployment and ongoing improvement of priority Exclennet Outlet Execution (EOE) and sales capability programs.

 

Capability Development

  • Support the Customer Centricity Manager to develop the capability of the team according to the sales competencies.
  • Implement initiatives that will help elevate the capability of the teams.
  • Role Model to champion the learning behavior to help create a proactive learning environment.

 

Building Winning Channels

  • Lead and facilitate the Building Winning Channels (BWC) cycle in the OpCo.

 

Investment and Budget Management

  • Responsible for Asset and POSM management including forecast, budget, supply, demand and rotation in order to guarantee efficient use of working capital.

 

Team Management

  • Deliver great results by building a performance driven, customer orientated and accountable team. Actively develop team members through a tailored development plan including core competency development. Succession plan in place

 

Cross Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Extensive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement including with field sales, brand marketing, finance and supply chain

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or any related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant commercial, trade marketing or field sales experience, with minimum 2 years of management position (preferably from FMCG Industry)
  • Project and Budget Management skills essential
  • Experience of, or exposure to, professional sales training
  • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
  • Empathy towards customers and employees
