IT Infrastructure Supervisor
Purpose of the job:
The IT Infrastructure Supervisor analyses, implements, deploys, and monitors HEINEKEN’s network infrastructure and provides IT support to fulfil organizational requirements. S/he works with business and technical stakeholders to determine the current and emerging technology needs of the OpCo.
Key Accountabilities:

- Translate business needs to technical requirements to initiate projects
- Proactively identify potential system/network issues to pre-emptively address
- Introduce and integrate new technology and solutions into existing portfolio
- Assess technology needs and requirements
- Assist in building longer term Digital & Technology (D&T) strategies and roadmaps, and align to the global technology strategies
- Perform technology refresh, ensuring systems are up to date
- Ensure the availability and stability of all systems and network infrastructure
- Mentor junior staff and outsourced team members within the technology team
- Implement and manage infrastructure portfolio and build capabilities
- Manage system/network availability and maintain system/network performance
- Proactively monitor system and network performance and come up with solution ensuring the system/network is stability
- Provide IT support to internal staff and outsourced teams
- Review and monitor quality of services delivered and highlight gaps to ensure vendors take corrective measures
- Build long-term vendor relationship by conducting regular services performance and costs review
- Participate in various training provided by the company
Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Good command in English, both written and spoken.
- 3 years + of experience in implementing, managing, and supporting network infrastructure and IT support.
