  • Driving Sustainable Channel growth (%) by implementing programs effectively in the market through excellence outlet execution
  • Driving digital (B2B…) performance in assigned channel with close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • People development: managing team performance through addressing high performer and low performer, developing team capability through people development tools.

Purpose of the job: 

Ensuring optimal business performance in assigned channel through managing excellence execution and winning through the team/people.

Key Accountabilities: 

Excellence Execution

  • Ensures the quality of work implemented by BDM, BDS, SOM, SS and SR is at highest quality by having the business skill to maximise returns for the organisation
  • Evaluates strategies by brand and trade marketing by having the knowledge and data of the On Trade market
  • Manages and maximises distribution in assigned channel
  • Looks at strategic opportunities to grow the On Trade market by working with the commercial team
  • Creates, analyses and evaluates channel opportunities to ensure the right visibility, availability & coverage
  • Establish product positioning in line with sales, trade marketing, marketing to support the market & channel position
  • Ensures the successful achievement of the annual sales targets in order to support the achievement of company strategies and business goals
  • Track and analyse KPIs related to all initiatives and quickly build countermeasure closely working with cross-functional teams
  • Consolidate& analyse report gathered by the team and providing market intelligent report to ensure that line manager is fully informed at all time.

Business Development

  • Work with sales leadership team in identifying business opportunities/threats in the assigned territory through data collection, analysis, market and competitor trends Creates a proactive approach and forward planning

Key Account Management

  • Developing a thorough understanding of key clients’ needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions 
  • Sustaining solid relationships and rapport with key clients, building and negotiating for a long-term strategic partnership

People Development

  • Drive progressive mindset, performance driven, engaging and open-minded attitudes.
  • Develop capability and desired culture for team and individuals through role-modelling, coaching, mentoring and other necessary means of people development tools. 

Key Knowledge and Experience: 

  • Higher Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales.
  • 5+ years in consumer goods industry
  • 5+ years in sales/marketing for both on strategic planning and executions
  • 3+ years managing sales operations
