Head of Technology

Lead and guide the work of technical staffs; serve as a point of contact for the OpCo. Help determine the technological needs of the OpCo. Implement / deploy the Core & Business systems to fulfil organizational requirements. Maintain / support the OpCo Infrastructure & IT service needs.

  • Define infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes that conform to global guidelines.
  • Maintain the OpCo system landscape and roadmap
  • Analyse business requirements of IT throughout the OpCo
  • Focus to safeguard business continuity
  • Maintain essential IT operations, including management and monitoring of (vendors of) cloud and SaaS solutions in use.
  • Monitor performance of technology systems and processes to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the infrastructure.
  • Maintain OpCo Core & Business Platforms
  • Monitor & improve SLA performance for D&T services
  • Lead the technology team of the OpCo.
  • Develop and upskill the technology team

 

Requirements
 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering or a related discipline
  • Good command in English, both written and spoken
  • 8+ years of working experience in IT with minimum 3+ years in the management role
  • Proven experience in managing a team.
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical processes to business stakeholders.
  • Experience with or knowledge of programming languages, operating systems, current equipment and technologies, system performance monitoring, cloud, and mobile solutions.
  • Expertise in managing the implementation, configuration, and testing of solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business and processes
  • Experience with define D&T strategies and roadmaps
