Facilities Executive

Measures of success:

The Facility & Projects Executive organizes and supervises all 3rd party Contractors and/or Engineers required for the general upkeep and maintenance of all HEINEKEN Buildings, roads, drainage systems, lighting, ventilation, Air-conditioning, sewage systems, etc. The Facility Executive sets up and continuously improves a maintenance system covering all buildings and other infrastructure. He can work independently and with other brewery personnel. The Facility & Projects Executive can also work on projects related to buildings and infrastructure in the premises. All tasks will be performed while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the company. He participates in plant safety, health and energy savings, and participates or leads improvement teams.

 

Purpose of the job: 

Setting-up a Maintenance system and organising and supervising Contractors and/or Engineers to properly maintain all Buildings, grounds and infrastructure, including the Admin office buildings and the tavern

Key Accountabilities

Safety – Zero Accidents

  • Be role model for Safety for all peers and contractor personnel
  • Ensure all contractors adhere to all the HEINEKEN's safety rules
  • Ensure all HEINEKEN's buildings, grounds and infrastructure meet all safety requirements
  • Participate or lead fire drills
  • Complete assigned safety E-learning modules according to safety training plan
  • Reporting Near Miss and unsafe condition
  • Participate in BBS tours

Infrastructure Service

  • Problem analysis
  • Contact/contract the relevant contractors
  • Raise the Purchase and Check quotations together with procurement specialists
  • Supervise (Mainer of AC system, Civil, Plumbing & Electrical) contractors
  • Accept and/or reject contractor works
  • Organize periodic preventative maintenance and inspections of all electrical, cooling, ventilation, sewage, control systems, security cameras, fire alarms, etc.

Costs & Reporting

  • Optimise energy and water consumption and costs in buildings and offices using TPM Methodologies, proposing new technologies or in any other possible way.
  • Create or request reports on all activities from contactors - Analyse the report and give recommendation to superior for necessary actions for improvement.

Standardized way of working

  • Assist to create and implement Procedures, SOP’s & WI’s.
  • Proactively conduct self-learning & development to increase competency level
  • Continuously find ideas for improvement

Key Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor degree
  • Good level of English and Khmer
  • Mechanical knowledge Electrical knowledge

  • Construction knowledge

  • Ventilation/Air-conditioning/drainage/sewage
