Experiential Manager - Anchor
Purpose of The Job:
The Experiential Manager/Executive will be a key member of the Brand Team, working to deliver top-class and breakthrough experiences that bring the brand to life to win the hearts consumer in Cambodia. A balanced mix of strategic thinking, creativity, effective planning and organization, and a can-do attitude is essential for success in this role.
Key Accountabilities:
- Event Planning and Execution:
- Plan and execute events as outlined in the team’s Scope of Work, including Brand events and activations (owned, partnered, sponsored) within Trade (On-Trade and Off-Trade) and outside Trade, with adjustments as needed based on AP/Brand Plans.
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, including planning, execution, and post-evaluation.
- Co-develop creative concepts and experience ideas with agencies and internal teams to create engaging on-ground experiences. This includes briefing, event materials development, communication materials, content, and working with KOLs.
- Act as a key integrator across Brand, Media, and Trade teams to ensure experiential plans are fully aligned and amplified TTL.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance event impact (consumer engagement, visibility, ROI) during the event and post event. Conducting a post launch evaluation and contributing ideas to improve format, scale, and experience design.
- Experiential & Sponsorship Strategy:
- Actively contribute to the development of experiential and sponsorship strategies by bringing forward insights, ideas, and learnings from the ground.
- Recommend new passion points, platforms, or partnerships based on consumer behavior and trends based on the brand’s positioning platform and brand/ campaign idea.
- Provide input into ICP and Annual Planning with actionable experiential ideas.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Evaluate experiential opportunities (reach, sales, impact, cost) and track the performance of event post completion.
- Translate event and sponsorship data into actionable insights and clear recommendations.
- Identify what worked/ what didn’t and propose optimizations for future activations.
- Administrative:
- Support financial processes involving third-party agencies and vendors, ensuring proper documentation and timely coordination keeping in line with internal Procurement and Financial processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or higher degree
- 1-2 years of experience in event planning, experiential marketing, or sponsorship managemnent
- Khmer & English: Be able to communicate and work efficiently
- Creativity, strategic thinking, and strong organizational skills
- Proactive, with a solution-oriented mindset and a "can-do" attitude
- Ability to innovate and execute courageous moves to elevate brand experiences
- Excellent collaboration skills acorss functions and teams
