Distributor Excellence Manager

Purpose of the role:

Responsible to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of distributor management team, including the integration of processes and operations between agents and HEINEKEN’s related departments by developing, defining, establishing, aligning, implementing and evaluating processes and procedures. Develop and implement policies with agents to push for performance improvement, achievement of target and volume delivery and to further enhance our route to market and value chain. 

 

Key accountabilities:

  • Assess, initiate and establish the Route-to-Market (RTM) for agents.
  • Develop and review individual development program (IDP), service level agreement (SLA) and monitor the progress
  • Establish a comprehensive and structured approach for agent management, from recruitment, assessment, development and termination procedure by hold regular business meeting with our partnered agents
  • Develop and review key performance indicator (KPI) program for agents.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree of Business Management or relevant fields
  • Fluent English both spoken and written
  • Experiences in business development, sales, route to market or consulting roles.
  • Possess at least 5 years experiences in FMCG or relevant industries with at least 2 years in managerial positions.
