- Aligned and optimize BTL commercial activities budget
- Cost & Time saving through initiatives digitalization project
Purpose of the job
- End to end planning, execution and tracking of commercial investments and activations.
BTL Commercial Activities Budget Management
- Managing & Planning on Annual commercial budget Annual Plan
- Optimizing and Monitoring spending structure & activities monthly and update to related functions
- Ensure cost efficient, effective POSM, Assets for execution at POS
Commercial Planning Cycle & Update
- Ensuring annual commercial planning cycle and strategic plan to be executed and win in market
- Being communication center of commercial planning cycle calendar update
Commercial Project Digitalization
- Project lead on commercial project digitalization integration process, cost & time saving into through digital platform
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Extensive cross-functional collaboration including with field sales, brand marketing, finance and supply chain.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or any related fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant commercial, trade marketing or business planning experience, with minimum 2 years of management position (preferably from FMCG Industry). Project and Budget Management skills essential
