APAC PM Hub Spare Parts Manager
- Steering the breweries in managing their spare parts stock inventories in a safe food compliant way and applying the good practices.
- Harmonize the processes for managing inventory, master data, obsolescence, and the material catalogue.
- Ensure compliance with agreed work processes and the SPM Standard across the Hub and Cluster.
- With global and local procurement teams, optimize spare part purchasing and contract management.
- With CAPEX and brewery teams, develop RFQs to standardize supplier component lists, and ensure stock levels and reorder points are correct for new and existing assets.
- Lead initiatives to pool spare parts, making optimal use of the available digital tools optimizing Cluster (Regional) stock level.
- Identify and act on opportunities to secure consignment stock agreements.
- Initiate or identifying alternative spare parts (cost and delivery time optimization).
- Support the regional teams in balancing the repair or replace of components.
- Reports to the Maintenance SSH Manager.
- Works with the brewery Maintenance & Capex Manager, Storekeepers and Spare Parts Coordinators to ensure the proper management of spare parts work processes.
- Ensures coordination and cooperation between brewery spare parts warehouses.
- Improve people capability in spare parts management.
- Supports supplier evaluation and contract management of third-party spare parts service providers.
- With brewery and purchasing teams, understand and challenge the processes for total cost of ownership (TCO), and reduce nonvalue added time for Coordinators, Planners, and warehouse personnel.
- Maximize opportunities to pool and share spare parts between the breweries and Clusters.
- Be a member of the SPM COE and collaborate with local and global purchasing departments
- Steer breweries to apply the Heineken TPM tools and methodologies.
- Ensure warehouses are compliant with workplace organisation principles
- Ensure the breweries share and adopt SPM good practices.
- Ensure the breweries develop and implement SPM improvement plans.
- Ensure full end to end Supply Chain optimisation
- Support the digital agenda to improve the D&T Road Map, EAM, SPM tools and reporting
- Ensure the local teams periodically review MRP settings and comply and Heineken master-data standards.
- Share digital best practices and dashboards for master-data standardisation.
- Ensure that the material catalogue is accurate and up to date.
- Ensure that spare parts usage and segmentation data is accurate and up to date.
- Ensure that KPIs are reported to the agreed frequency
