APAC PM HUB Reliability Leader

  • Collect and embeds general and local food/safety & legal related Maintenance tasks into the HACS, the Heineken Asset Care Standards
  • Captures asset condition and integrity assessments into the HACS.
  • Supports identification & transfer of quality tasks to brewery teams to cover AM Team step 5 (focused on quality inspection, Q-points).
  • Support the breweries with APAC PM Hub Planner to optimise long-term R&M life cycle costing and asset replacement (CAPEX) plans
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement projects based on escalation and trends analyses
  • Executives’ mainly pro-active Reliability Engineering through above OpCo benchmark performance and costs analyses.
  • Is the 3rd tier in the escalation process supporting the reactive analyses process using UPS tools (kaizen, breakdown analysis, failure mode analysis). Supports brewery MOC process and works closely with the brewery Maintenance Engineer (who is mainly reactive).
  • Drive breakdown reduction across OpCos by sharing best practices, processes, and KPI governance
  • Manages partnering with suppliers on technical requirements, ensuring to gather and share input from across breweries
  • Manages the process and standards for HACS deployment
  • Supports both APAC PM Hub Planner and Brewery Planner in deploying the HACS.
  • Sets conditions and delivers input for the SPM, Spare Parts Management process and system.
  • Coaches team members and supports their development through formulation of up-skilling & re-skilling initiatives both for teams and individuals.
  • Accountable for performance and technical development of reliability engineers, develop plans to close gaps
  • Manages HUB’s reliability engineering workforce and capacity with APAC PM Hub Manager
  • Drives and manages training, supports skill and capability development for Reliability Engineers with APAC PM Hub Manager
  • Is responsible for managing all HEINEKEN People Processes, relating to Reliability Engineers, with APAC PM Hub Manager: recruitment, onboarding, performance management & succession planning, culture & employee development, etc.
  • Guides the EAM system set up based on the global blueprint and helps identify efficiencies.
  • Interfaces closely with all breweries Maintenance Engineers and Maintenance Planners primarily focusing on pro-active Maintenance.
  • Third tier in the escalation process supporting the reactive Maintenance process.
  • Coaching brewery Maintenance Engineers and Maintenance Planners.
  • Interacting with Global and Maintenance (Engineering) Network related to the RE function
