Sales Representative
Measures of success:
- Excellence outlet execution in order to drive sustainable channel growth by implementing assigned programs effectively in the market.
- Driving output/volume target as being assigned.
- Driving digital (B2B…) performance in assigned area with close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Purpose of the job:
- Ensuring optimal individual performance in assigned area through excellence execution and continuous personal development.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure successful achievement of sales targets in targeted outlets
- Ensure the correct sales execution as per guidelines for each assigned outlets
- Track own performance indicators (including completion of basic job responsibilities and input/output KPIs)
- Be the reliable point of contact with outlets owners. Include investigating, resolving, tracking customer issues and timely follow-up actions
- Timely feedback/Escalate to sales supervisor on the issues identified in the assigned area to improve service at the outlet level
Key Knowledge and Experience:
- (Optional) Higher Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales.
- 1+ years in consumer goods industry
- 1+ years in sales/marketing in sales executions
