Sales Representative

Measures of success:

  • Excellence outlet execution in order to drive sustainable channel growth by implementing assigned programs effectively in the market.
  • Driving output/volume target as being assigned.
  • Driving digital (B2B…) performance in assigned area with close collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Purpose of the job

  • Ensuring optimal individual performance in assigned area through excellence execution and continuous personal development.

Key Accountabilities: 

Quality Execution


  • Ensure successful achievement of sales targets in targeted outlets
  • Ensure the correct sales execution as per guidelines for each assigned outlets
  • Track own performance indicators (including completion of basic job responsibilities and input/output KPIs)
  • Be the reliable point of contact with outlets owners. Include investigating, resolving, tracking customer issues and timely follow-up actions
  • Timely feedback/Escalate to sales supervisor on the issues identified in the assigned area to improve service at the outlet level  

Key Knowledge and Experience

  • (Optional) Higher Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales
  • 1+ years in consumer goods industry
  • 1+ years in sales/marketing in sales executions
