Material Planning Specialist

Your daily challenges include: 

• Material planning according to production plan (micro and macro plans), developing mitigations and contingency plans
• Finished products planning for Intercompany products
• Returnable packaging materials planning (daily, monthly and annual plans)
• Coordination of material supply and communication with material suppliers
• Co-managing processes for New Product Introduction with team and suppliers
• Acting in accordance with the processes, procedures and documents of the integrated management systems (SAP)
• Closely collaboration with Procurement Team; Production Team; Logistic Team
• Participation in process for annual plan
• Encouraging and using TPM tools in his/her everyday work for problem solving
• Participation in Regional meetings and make sure group procedures for materials are incorporated locally
• Contribute to continues improvements of Material Plannings processes
• Participate in project management (processes, procedure; tools)

Skills required:

• VSS/ VŠS in economics or business
• Open minded, analytical and willing to learn and develop
• Strong in communication & socializing
• Drivers license
• MS Office & SAP skills
• Proficiency in English language
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
