We are looking for a Supply Chain Domain Data Lead who will shape how Supply Chain data is defined, governed, and used across HEINEKEN globally.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for setting the data strategy, standards, and governance framework for the entire Supply Chain data domain - covering finished products, semi-finished goods, production materials, machine data, warehouse and logistics data, as well as operational data such as inventory, orders, and stock movements.

 

You will work at the intersection of business, data governance, and digital transformation, ensuring that global Supply Chain data is consistent, high-quality, and aligned with regulatory requirements.

 

As Supply Chain Domain Data Lead, you will:

 

  • Define and drive the global data strategy and governance standards for the Supply Chain domain
  • Co-create and maintain global data models and definitions for products, materials, locations, and operations
  • Monitor and improve data quality, completeness, and consistency across HEINEKEN operating companies
  • Act as a single point of contact for Supply Chain data topics for business stakeholders and global teams
  • Translate business process requirements into data attributes, standards, and terminology
  • Collaborate with product teams to prioritize data initiatives and define the development roadmap
  • Support global and local teams in implementing data standards and resolving data gaps
  • Drive continuous improvement of data management practices, identifying opportunities for new solutions and improvements
  • Ensure that all documentation related to data standards, systems, and development plans is up to date and accessible

 

What you’ll be working on

 

You will operate in a complex global environment where Supply Chain data spans multiple countries, systems, and business processes. Your role will focus on:

 

  • Ensuring consistent product, material, location, and operations data globally
  • Driving data quality and governance adoption across the organization
  • Supporting HEINEKEN’s digital transformation and data-driven decision making

 

What will set you up for success:

 

  • Master’s degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Digital Transformation, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Digital, or IT environments
  • Experience working with data governance, data models, or data quality frameworks
  • Exposure to global or cross-functional environments
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles (data quality, compliance, security)
  • Solid functional knowledge of Supply Chain processes
  • Analytical and critical thinking
  • Ability to work with stakeholders across business, technology, and data teams
  • Experience with Agile methodologies

  • Agile Project Management certification
  • Experience in digital transformation or Industry 4.0 environments
