About the role

As a Process Automation Systems Developer, you’ll help keep our brewery running smoothly by supporting and improving the automation systems used to make our products.

You’ll work closely with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to reduce downtime, improve reliability, and support continuous improvement across the brewery. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys problem‑solving and working in a production environment.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Support and maintain automation platforms used in brewing, packaging and quality
  • Assist with automation, SCADA and InSQL issues and reduce unplanned downtime
  • Rollout updates and improvements to automation platforms when required
  • Ensure changes are made safely and follow approved processes
  • Support new products, upgrades, and improvement projects
  • Help production teams by keeping systems reliable and easy to use
  • Assist with production data and reporting systems

 

What you’ll bring

  • A qualification or experience in electrical, automation, control systems, or engineering
  • Experience working with TIA Portal, Rockwell, Intrack and Intouch PLC’s (manufacturing experience is a bonus)
  • Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence working with operators, technicians, and engineers
  • A strong focus on safety and continuous improvement
