Right now, we are looking for a passionate and self-driven Sales Representative Ho.Re.Ca Key Account to join our Sales Team, with strong entrepreneurial spirit.

 

Job purpose:

Develop our business in the strategic priority channel of Ho.Re.Ca Key Account department. The role should deliver annual Ho.Re.Ca Key Account  Plans in the target customer base (Key account partners).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build an excellent professional relationship with the customers that he/ she manages in the territory.
  • Follow the agreed sales plan in compliance with Budget and Company’s Commercial & Credit Policy.
  • Be responsible for governing depletions, developing assortment, monitoring sell out data as a KPI indicator for growth, ensuring excellence in execution, to meet business objectives.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams/departments.
  • Safeguard on brilliant execution through regular and consistent coverage plan within customers & make corrections and adjustments based on the agreed plan.
  • Track and analyze the market (developments), initiate relationships with potential (key) customers, and detect and acquire new business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree will be considered a plus.
  • Ideally 3-4 years of sales experience in a Sales department of FMCG -  Key Account (Hotels -On Trade channel). Wholesale Channel experience is a big plus.
  • Strong passion for sales.
  • Results orientation and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Analytical/Numerical Skills and  Strong Commercial awareness.
  • Effective negotiation, persuasion and conflict management/resolution skills.
  • Excellent social and communication skills, relationship building.
  • Good prioritization & time management skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Excellent command of the English language (both written & oral).
