As a Production Trainee, you will have the unique opportunity to lay the foundation for a successful career. In this 12-month program, you will have the chance to work in the two breweries (Patra, Thessaloniki), immersing yourself in innovative projects and collaborating with many stakeholders.

What we are looking for:
•    Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject to mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering or other related discipline.
•    Strong academic performance.
•    Previous experience in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing or consumer goods industry (as engineer or other similar position) will be considered plus.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English.
•    Excellent Knowledge of MS Office. AutoCAD & SAP knowledge will be a plus.
•    Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
•    Curiosity and learning agility.
•    Excellent communication and strong analytical skills, ability to work effectively within teams as well as independently.
•    Agile interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
•    Ability to relocate (mobility). 
•    Military obligations fulfilled (only for male candidates).
