Purpose of the job

The Contract & Catalogue Controller ensures the effective management of procurement contracts and catalogues across all spend categories—such as raw materials, packaging, services, and capex. This role supports the procurement function by maintaining accurate contract and catalogue data, enabling compliant and cost-effective purchasing, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of procurement activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Contract & Catalogue Management

  • Maintain and update procurement catalogues and contract records in SAP and Coupa.
  • Ensure catalogue content reflects negotiated terms and approved suppliers.
  • Monitor contract utilization and compliance with procurement policies.

 

Transactional Execution

  • Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoice matching and payment processing.
  • Resolve discrepancies between contract terms and transactional data.

 

Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with suppliers to confirm catalogue accuracy and contract deliverables.
  • Collaborate with category managers to align catalogue content with sourcing strategies.
  • Support internal users with catalogue navigation and purchasing queries.

 

 Reporting & Governance

  • Generate reports on catalogue usage, contract coverage, and spend analysis.
  • Support audits by maintaining documentation and ensuring data integrity.
  • Identify opportunities for catalogue optimization and cost savings.

Cross-functional Support

  • Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal to ensure smooth procurement operations.
  • Support the Category Manager in strategic initiatives and supplier reviews.

 

 

Job Requirements: Education and Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain or related field
  • 2+ years of experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Process orientation and compliance awareness.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
