The Human Resources Department is dedicated to managing the company's workforce and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. They are responsible for recruiting, training and developing employees, as well as managing employee relations and benefits. The department also focuses on fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion, promoting employee well-being, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. In addition, they play a key role in strategic planning and organizational development in support of the company's overall goals and objectives.
The Supply Chain is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers. This includes managing procurement, production, logistics and distribution processes to meet customer needs while optimizing costs and maintaining quality standards. The department also focuses on safety, quality and operational excellence.
The Marketing department is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to enhance the company's brand presence and drive business growth. They manage brand and regional marketing programs, including sponsorships and events, and work closely with the sales team to amplify national programs at the local level. Additionally, the department analyzes market trends to develop local marketing initiatives.
The Finance department is responsible for managing the company's financial health by maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and analysing financial performance to support strategic decisions. The department is also responsible for tax obligations, treasury functions and financial risk management, ensuring that appropriate controls are in place to mitigate risk.
The D&T department is responsible for a variety of tasks related to digital and technology initiatives. They focus on areas such as analytics, agile product management, cloud data management, IT service management, and emerging technologies. The department also plays a critical role in managing IT access risks and supporting business processes.
The Sales Department is responsible for managing and servicing existing outlets, while prospecting and developing new accounts to build long-term customer relationships and increase sales revenue. They conduct customer visits to achieve sales targets, ensure product availability, negotiate listings and targets for strategic focus brands, and promote product affordability by adhering to recommended retail price guidelines.
The Corporate Affairs department is responsible for managing the company's reputation and relationships with key stakeholders, including the media, government and communities. They proactively seek opportunities to improve the tax and regulatory environment, protect the company's license to operate and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The department also focuses on corporate social responsibility initiatives such as environmental protection and sustainability.
