Senior Utilities Technician (Tien Giang Brewery)
Purpose of the job
Apply safety agenda in the daily job, operate and execute in qualitative way the required processes, while improving the key performance indicators and production losses. Strive for shop floor excellence, improving reached level.
Job responsibilities:
1. Safety, Food Safety & Sustainability
- Operate all Utilities process in a safe, hygiene way & according to legal, global and local environmental regulations.
- Seek opportunities to save water & energy, reduce waste, wastewater & CO2 emission in Utilities area.
2. Quality of the Process & Product
- Execute maintenance jobs and operate Utilities work according to required quality specifications.
- Prepare SOP, OPL related to quality management, then train and coach others.
3. Process Management
- Operate and control utilities equipment to provide uninterrupted resource supply to production at optimum level of performance.
- Execute all Utilities maintenance work.
- Optimize between machine capacity and demand.
- Supervise service providers for major work.
4. Organization & People Development
- Reports to the Utilities Team Leader and other production department (Packaging, BW)
- Communicates and cooperates with Utilities Technicians, to take part of training/ coaching on related topics (SOP, CILT standards)
5. Management of Information and Reporting
- Take record/report for operating & maintenance at Utilities.
- Daily collects required maintenance information and data from designated zone.
- Report on all maintenance work (technical and administrative reporting).
- Registration of stops.
6. TPM & Continuous Improvement
- Execute AM activities in Utility (5S, CILTs standard, RCFA, MTBx, Audit).
- Members of AM teams in Utilities area (AM Step 0 - 5).
- Manage & perform assigned maintenance tasks from PM (AM Step 4).
- Equipment Management
- Execute basic maintenance of core machines to safeguard equipment availability, according to agreed HEINEKEN and local standards and procedures.
7. Supplier Management
- Is involved in activities of supplier collaboration
Job requirements:
Qualifications: University Degree (E & A, Mechanic, Thermal & Refrigeration)
Experiences/skills: 1- 3 years working operation experience related to E & A, Mechanic, Thermal & Refrigeration.
Functional Competency:
- Certified to work with local regulations (Electric Safety, Pressure equipment Operation certificate)
- Experienced in managing, coordinating and supervising service suppliers in Utilities section.
- Preferable experience in:
+ LOTO skills and activities.
+ TPM/ AM
+ Technical machine & maintenance engineering knowledge
+ RCFA
Leadership skills:
- Time management, Planning, Communication & Problem-solving skills
Digital Competency:
- Data Analysis
- MS Power Platform is an advantage
