Learning & Capability Development Executive_ Tien Giang Brewery

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy development & Implementation:

- Execute, monitor, and evaluate Learning & Development strategies and programs

- Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to make sure that people development plans are aligned with company strategies and vision 


People & Organization Development:

- Actively collaborate with stakeholders to define learning & development needs, create and manage training plans and budgets.

- Manage training programs and individual development plans for employees

- Deliver training courses and initiatives (soft skills, induction training, etc.)

- Engage stakeholders in promoting and utilizing E-Learning systems 

- Take part in people development projects (e-Learning, coaching, learn and share sessions, etc.)


Culture building:

- Design and implement initiatives, events, and programs to promote Heineken culture and behaviors

- Analyze annual employee survey results, help stakeholders develop solutions, and take actions for improvement

- Foster a learning culture through knowledge-sharing initiatives, cross-functional collaboration programs, etc.

 

Experiences/skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Learning and Development, Human Resources or related fields

- Strong communication and negotiation skills٫ with a good ability to build relations with stakeholders
- Critical and analytical thinking skills

- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Customer-oriented and Data-driven mindset
- Good knowledge of e-learning platforms
, practices and effective learning and development methods
- Advanced Excel and data analytical skills
