Learning & Development Executive (Quang Nam Brewery)

Job Description

1. Operational Excellence: 
- Actively monitors effectiveness of the L&D activities.
- Tracks and evaluates L&D service delivery and defines improvements
- Ensures high quality and integrity of L&D data by monitoring accuracy, consistency and timeliness of data collection.
- Evaluates analyses and interprets L&D data in a clear and concise manner for decision making.
- Actively works with functional sections for any people development issues (soft skills training, learning culture activities) and conduct the basic soft skill training.

2. Strategic Partnering:
- Fosters productive working relationships both within the function and across functions
- Regularly connects with other functions to gain understanding of the functional strategies and people related needs.
- Provides day to day support and guidance to line Managers on L&D related matters

3. People and Organization Development:
- Identifies individual learning & development needs and ensures right solutions.
- Defines & implements action plans to meet organisational capability requirements
- Ensure proper execution & transparency through training plan OTJ & PDP following up

4. Employee Relations: 
- Effectively implements plans/ following climate survey deep dive to increase employee engagement.

 

Job Requirement:

1. Education degree: University degree in Human Resources, Training, Economy or related industry.

2. Experience: At least 3- 5years relevant experience in foreign invested FMCG companies in:
- Learning development management.
- Training Management Systems.

3. Skills:
- Good communication and Interpersonal skills
- Open-minded, patient and creative
- Good customer service orientation, planning and problem solving skills
- Clear and effective communication with staff, peers and cross function partners by verbal or email, reporting forms
- PC literacy (word, excel, power point etc.)
- English proficiency for speaking/writing/listening.
- Strong in organizing skill, decision making, people influencing, very good interpersonal and presentation skill.
