Traditional Off-Trade Assistant Manager

Job description:

Develop plan and fully deliver Trade plan to ensure its effectiveness according to KPIs set and win shopper & customer behaviors at POS in particular Tradition off trade.

- Develop Trade plan basing on Channel prioritization & Brand strategy

- Lead and motivate market development through Trade Activity in regions according to KPIs set to activate market development.

- Analyze sales performance data (internal & external data) to monitor the executions and evaluate the efficiency of program.

- Collaborate with Regional Trade, Brand & Sales teams to operate trade activities and keep update consumer insights, shopper behaviors, ensure trade supports deliver business objective and meet local customer’s demand.

- Lead external strategic partners to deliver the directions/concepts/activities of trade activations.

- Work closely with CSO team to have proper plans for POSM production and manage logistics, delivery schedule on time as planned.

- Monitor of competitive activities and propose innovative ideas and then implement for channels to push sales volume and increase brand awareness.

Job requirement:

- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing.

- At least 3-years working experience in trade marketing, brand marketing at beer industry or FMCG.

- Expert in data analysis is required. Data oriented, analytical thinking and problem-solving skill

- High spirit in dedication and commitment.

- Good at interpersonal skill, negotiation and communication skills.

- Fluently spoken and written in English.
