Senior Brand Manager

Job Summary:

This role has responsibility to bring the Company core value, which helps consumers to have a fresher look and enjoy life more. In addition, it also educate Drinking Responsibly message toward the society.

  • Drive brand growth in volume, brand equity and profitability.
  • Define & align strategy with global aspect to fit with local business need. 
  • Lead the team to execute on the defined strategies
  • Build up Brand plan & implement it properly, effectively and efficiently to make sure to deliver sales volume growth.
  • Budget and investment management of the relative brands according to approved brand plans.

 

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate in Business Administration / Economics/Marketing
  • 5-year experience as a brand manager in FMCG field 
  • Good communication/interpersonal skills
  • Management skill
  • Honest, negotiation skill
  • Planning skill
  • Problem solving skill
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • Willing to work irregular working hours
  • Willing to travel, especially working outside HCMC
  • Conversant in written and spoken English

 

Functional skills:

  • Strong brand building/ Go to market experience: communication + go to market + working with trade/ sales / supply chain
  • Prefer industry: beverage, food or FMCG
  • Best scoring if the person has Innovation experience: packaging, R&D to develop new product and brand Identity, positioning

 

Leadership:

  • Decent people leadership experience leading at least 1 subordinate for at least 1-2 years.
  • Come across as progressive person: who is able to work on Gen Z segment and leading Gen Z, later milenials team.
