Senior Brand Manager

Job Descriptions:

  • Plan and execute on Tiger and innovation portfolio to achieve volume, market share, brand health and profitability of the brands
  • Drive Tiger growth in volume, brand equity and profitability.
  • Lead the team to execute on the defined strategies
  • Define the direction and standards of the brand for channel adaptation and implementation including visibility and brand touchpoints.
  • Build up Brand plan & implement it properly, effectively and efficiently to make sure to deliver sales volume growth.               
  • Budget and investment management of the relative brands according to approved brand plans.

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate in Business Administration / Economics/Marketing
  • 5-year experience as a brand manager in FMCG field 
  • Good communication/interpersonal skills
  • Management skill
  • Honest, negotiation skill
  • Planning skill
  • Problem solving skill
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • Willing to work irregular working hours
  • Willing to travel, especially working outside HCMC
