Procurement Sustainability Lead

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Sourcing for Production Materials

o Develop and implement local sourcing strategies for direct production materials, with a focus on agricultural commodity (rice)

o Ensure cost efficiency, quality, and supply security for key raw materials.

2. Execution of Global Sourcing Strategies

o Collaborate with Heineken Global Procurement (HGP) team to localize and execute global sourcing strategies within Vietnam.

o Maintain alignment with global standards and priorities while adapting to local market dynamics.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration for Value Creation

o Partner with cross-functional local teams, including Techno, Planning, Finance, and Marketing, to drive value creation and cost-saving initiatives.

o Actively support the Design Sustainable Values (DSV) program, ensuring alignment with sustainability and cost-saving goals.

4. Sustainability Leadership in Scope 3 Agriculture

o Lead and drive sustainability initiatives focused on reducing Scope 3 emissions for Heineken Vietnam within the agricultural supply chain.

o Collaborate with HGP, suppliers and stakeholders to implement innovative, sustainable practices.
