Performance Management Assistant Manager

Design implement and monitor Performance Management to enable employees and teams understanding of the goals of the Company and to how individual and team outputs contribute to the achievement of the Company. Also utilize the data to address performance gaps related to knowledge/ skills gaps among staff and management to drive High performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Objective Setting:

  • Build objectives setting on HOW (leadership) linked with LE of an organization and the work which an employee performs;
  • Make sure that all objectives setting into system OTIF and be updated when required.

 

Performance planning, measures, and assessment:

  • Work in liaison with key stakeholders & HRBPs, C&B to plan, communicate and implement PM process from goal setting, mid-year reviews and end of year evaluations that align with OpCo/Region/Global on people review agenda;
  • Develop and communicate the strategic vision, scope, priorities, processes, systems, and tools of the performance management unit;
  • Work with HR Digital & Services to ensure tools needed to support the performance management activities.

People Review - Data consolidate, analyst and reports:

  • In liaison with the HRBPs to ensure data quality and compliance with internal and external performance measurement requirements;
  • Work with HR digital to ensure that needed data is collected on a timely basis, regular reports on progress are distributed and recommendations are made for future improvements, based on the data;
  • Proactively update with global, region & external and learn how to apply new techniques for data consolidating, analytical & reporting.

Development planning:

  • In liaison with the Learning & Leadership Development , HRBPs contribute to the design, implementation and management of effective leadership and employee development and talent management initiatives to address performance gaps related to capacity/knowledge gaps among staff and overall talent sourcing, management and mobility programs.

Training and developing:

  • Train the Performance Management process (PM Key People Process);
  • Train and guide HRBPs for data, reports.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience HRBPs + performance management/ Experience in data analytic & reports with HR processes knowledge.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent qualifications;
  • In-depth knowledge of full cycle performance management techniques (example: KPIs, data analytic, HR system/platform)
  • Familiarity with a variety of different methods (resource/people committee, development center etc.)
  • Details- oriented, strong in numbering, calculating.
  • Expert in Excel, Power BI, reporting.
  • Be analytical (data insight) & logical (from data to action: development planning suggestion).
  • Be confident and strong in communication with clear & concise manner
  • Fluent to English both written and verbal
