People Experience Lead

Role objective: Lead team to drive the Talent Development in term of design the development program, customize & standardize Supply Chain (SC) people’s data & systems to support SC Department's People Agenda effectively and consistently, uplifting the employee experience


Key accountabilities:


1. Performance Management, Talent Development (50%)
- Design development programs for Top Talents & Successors, based on the company's framework, helping to bridging the gaps in functional & leadership competencies.
- Consult Supply Chain People Business Partners (PBPs) and Learning & Development  (L&D) Team in effective deployment and following up of these programs


2. Employee Engagement & Culture Building (30%)
- Design/Customize culture building & employee engagement initiatives for SC function
- Consult and guide PBPs and L&D in deployment of relevant culture and change management


3. Enabler Facilitation (20%)
- Take part in building capability for People team.
- Consult PBPs and L&D in strategic HR aspects, especially in organization design, resource planning, performance & talent management, etc.
- Analyse and explain key people indicators to provide useful conclusions.
- Take part in other improvement projects when required.




- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Human Resource, Psychology or related fields
- Minimum 3-year experience in Human Resource, preferably in L&D, Talent Management, Organizational Development (OD)
- Skills needed: Team management; Critical Thinking, Customer-oriented & data-driven Mindset, Interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders
