Payroll Officer

Responsibilities:

- Preparing monthly payroll to do list based on salary letters received from HR
- Uploading & checking pay (overtime, shift, bonus, 13th month…) and deduction (staff beer, medical leave, ..) items to ensure the accuracy of payroll calculations.
- Processing payroll cycle and preparing request for payment for VBL opcos' staff (net salary, PIT, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance). Follow up payments to Tax dept/Social Insurance dept, do reconcile on pending items.
- Checking pay advices versus salary book and distributing to section head/employees to ensure correct calculation & payment
- Preparing journal vouchers to book payroll cost and obligated contribution to G/L
- Updating and following actual versus budget payroll cost, updating overtime chart , preparing account reconciliation to control incurred cost versus budget and take necessary adjustment if any.
- Quarterly tasks: preparing FAP reports for payroll, sick leave claim, LE payroll forecast to control incurred cost versus budget and take necessary adjustment if any.
- Yearly tasks: FAP reports, PIT return for one source of income
- Ad hoc reports

Qualifications and experiences

- University degree in Finance & Accounting
- 2 years of working experience (prefer in JV/foreign companies)
- Knowledge of accounting law, tax, insurances, labor
- Policies or guidelines relating to employee benefits (company policies/MOA, finance procedure/process)
- Conversant in English (speaking/writing/reading), PC literacy
- Honesty, Careful, meticulous, focus to details
