On-Trade Assistant Manager

Job description:

  1. Develop and own the effective execution of Heineken activities in accordance with KPIs set to win consumers & customers at POS in the on-trade channel
  2. Take lead of executing portfolio programs in the assigned segments
  3. Collaborate with Regional Trade Marketing, Brand & Sales Teams to operate trade activities and keep updated on consumer & consumer insights to ensure efficient & effective trade supports, deliver business objectives and meet local consumer and customer’s demand
  4. Effectively develop and manage activity briefs and project planning to ensure on-time in-full delivery
  5. Manage external strategic partners to deliver the directions/concepts/activities of trade activations
  6. Work closely with Commercial Operation team to have proper plans for POSM production & on time delivery
  7. Monitor competitors’ activities, propose innovative ideas, and then implement them to drive sales volume and brand awareness
  8. Analyze sales performance data (internal & external data) to monitor the executions, evaluate the efficiency of program, and propose effective solutions
  9. Ensure sufficient time spent in the market for insights driven as well as on ground observations of Trade Marketing programs

 

Job requirement:

  1. University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing
  2. At least 3-year working experience in trade marketing, brand marketing in the beer industry or FMCG
  3. Expert in data analysis is required. Data oriented, analytical thinking and problem-solving skill
  4. Knowledge of professional Marketing Research, Consumer Market Insight (CMI)…are most preferred
  5. High spirit in dedication and commitment
  6. Good at interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
  7. Fluently spoken and written in English
