Coordinate, support all safety & security activities in WH to ensure zero accident, build safety culture in daily operations.

Compliance |
Ensure all warehouse staff and LSP employees working at site to adhere to standards, including HEINEKEN standards: Heiquest, MHE, Warehousing, Transportation, Life Saving Rules, Asset Protection, Management of Change (MOC), and legal requirements: certificate of inspections, license to operate, legal decree… |
Heiquest Compliance is 100% achieved. |
Training |
Conduct safety training courses for WH staffs & LSP supervisors/ representatives (train the trainers), perform safety coaching at shopfloor to improve safety behaviours |
100% License to Operate for all FLDs is achieved. Safety training is conducted OTIF as planned. |
Risk management |
Facilitate, conduct risk assessment and provide countermeasures for all activities of warehouse (including truck yard, internal roads) |
All risk assessments are effective & updated regularly, especially when change happens (do MOC) |
Excellence in execution |
Well apply & sustain Bowtie, well implement any safety campaign. |

People management |
Do safety coaching at shopfloor, enhance safety culture to all activities |
Engaged and motivated employees comply safety by heart |
LSPM |
Associate with 3P to ensure all safety training, safety documents of FLD are compliance |
