Employer Branding Assistant Manager

Responsible for employer branding activities and recruiting techniques to attract and assess talented candidates by planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for HVB.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead EVP branding activities for HVB group:

  • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities HVB to be an employer of choice in Vietnam;
  • Participant in internal employer engagement activities (survey, campaign, communication).

Implement young talent (graduates) acquisition strategy:

  • Identify talent pipeline for future and plan sourcing, attracting young talents;
  • Lead the recruiting Young Talent Program (Management Trainees includes SCNG, APGP) together with regional, stakeholders;
  • Build strong connection with Universities/ student organization and execute activities (event, roadshow) to create young talents future resource and lead internship program.

Engage, attract the mid-career talents:

  • Identify talent pipeline and build the strategy to attract and increase the candidate’s re-source for mid careers;
  • Provide recruiting solutions for HRBPs.

Develop, execute recruiting process and assessment centers:

  • Develop recruiting process and assessment centers both for external recruitment and internal talent program. proactively update with TA region, global on recruiting techniques & skills;
  • Train the recruiters and make sure the process is well-executed.

Coach and develop talents:

  • Provide coaching for young talents (APG, SCNG);
  • Manage performance of graduates.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience HR: working in recruiting & employer branding/ talent acquisition role & employer branding/ marketing with recruiting experience;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent qualifications;
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques (example: social media and all e-channels);
  • Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assessment center, assignments, psychological test etc.);
  • Strong in connecting with others department, manage stakeholders, working with seniors’ level;
  • Be creative, strong in branding, communication and social net-working;
  • Be analytical (data insight) & strategic thinking (shape the EVP plan) (doing test);
  • Influent English both written and verbal.
