Digital Media Manager

Major responsibilities:

  1. Integrated Media Planning
  • Align Media briefs and objectives with brand team to ensure they are in accordance with brand plans approvals
  • Interface with Media Agency and brand team to ensure proper follow up in media flowcharts, quality of planning and buying
  • Follow up for adjusted the media concept plans when there is any changes (down rating / decrease KPI, client’s change marketing / media plan…)
  • Evaluate booking plan across channels: TV – Digital – Mobile – OOH - Print


  1. Data Driven Marketing
  • Build up Data Strategy full scale from Collection to Activation & Enrichment.
  • Lead Data arsenal/ segmentation across functions from local & global.
  • Develop & pilot iDDM approach for potential brand campaigns.
  • Define modern consumer journey & map with data for better conversion.
  • Initiate thru-the-line consumer journeys with AWO test – learn – reapply spirit.
  • Master global tool/ system (DCM/ MOAT/ ADOBE/ Lumina/ Dashboard/ GMP) for on time optimization.


  1. Digital eco-system
  • Drive Digital transformation across our paid – own – earn channel into 1 holistic ecosystem with clear roles for each platform.
  • Build up flawless consumer journey across digital platforms & close the deal with consumers.
  • Formulate digital marketing strategy and road map to deliver tangible commercial value against company-wide business targets
  • Maximize digital effectiveness by proactive proposing customized channel mix based on brand objectives.


  1. Optimization – Measurement – Innovation seeking:
  • Measure iDDM impact cross channels
  • Build up report analysis structure to keep track on media KPI
  • Building up and maintain the strategic partnership with Media partners/suppliers.
  • Update trends in the market: new branding marketing activities, new commercials, new regulations on branding marketing, etc. & recommend suitable innovation for our brands.


Job requirements:

  • 4-5 year experience in Media/Communication,
  • Strong expertise in Performance & Data driven planning.
  • Having experience in  mar-tech is preferred
  • Use to work in media agency
  • Good – presentation skills & influence skills
  • Good – management skills
  • Logic thinking & Problem solving skill                                                           
  • Willing to work under pressure   
  • Detail oriented
