Channel Standards Executive

Job Descriptions:

 

Support Channel Standards Manager in organizing and implementing channel standards across business: cross-functional alignment, regular updates to commercial plans, systems & tools, monitor implementation & change in ways of working, measure results & identify areas for ongoing improvement based on data-driven approach. Manage design and production of channel standards materials & sales support tools with external vendors.

 

  • Organize & manage quarterly channel review meetings, including analysis & pre-read prep, alignment with sales & marketing and embedding key decisions in plans (incl. regional activation plans), commercial systems & tools
  • Organize & manage PICOS review and update as part of annual channel process, identify and recommend areas for improvement to drive higher / more profitable sales
  • Support channel strategy (BWC) process & annual review, partner up with channel & brand teams to implement key decisions in plans & commercial calendar
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment on EOE targets across regions, based on channel strategy, priorities & PICOS
  • Vendor selection, brief & management for production of channel standards materials & support tools (incl. digital versions)

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • University degree in business administration, marketing or social science (preferred, not required)
  • FMCG industry commercial experience of min. 3 years
  • Trade marketing or marketing background with at least one promotion in the his/her role
  • Drives to win, able to distill and define objectives from broad directions, organize time & resources and motivate others towards achieving these objectives
  • Adapts well, overcomes obstacles & defines trade-off choices and alternative solutions if faced with barriers
  • Leads by accountability, focuses on tasks end-to-end, holds self & others accountable
  • Team-player, knows how to generate support and manage cross-functionally without hierarchy, able to ask for help and recognize others’ contributions
  • Connected to current news & developments, actively demonstrates knowledge of broad business, retail and social/cultural trends
  • Well-organized and dependable, manages well timelines and milestones, creates visibility on projects & deliverables, communicates risks early and proactively manages alignment between stakeholders
  • Native speaker / fluent in Vietnamese. At least upper intermediate in English
