Capex Project Manager

Purpose of the job

Ensures design, build and commissioning of (CAPEX) projects, on time and within budget including:

  • Deployment of Capital Project Excellence across Vietnam, advocate Capital Excellence processes and ensure resourcing and training in the region
  • Assess and manage risks to achieve safe, in time, in budget and in full delivery of capex projects in the region
  • Lead continuous improvement as part of the P-EEM pillar deployment (deploy, measure, audit)
  • Managing teams directly and indirectly within an international matrix/project environment

1. Safety, Food safety & Sustainability

  • Manages (CAPEX) projects in a safe manner.
  • Introduces Safety previous CAPEX Learnings
  • Complies to Heineken safety procedures.

2. Quality

  • Manages (CAPEX) projects to results with the required quality.
  • Complies to quality requirements.

3. Work Processes

  • Manages, prepares, and coordinates (CAPEX) projects.
  • Properly executed CAPEX projects.

4. Organization, Interfaces & People Management

  • Reports directly to the Engineering Leader.
  • Interfaces with ME for master data handover.
  • Part of the Maintenance & Engineering department.

5. Information & Data Management

  • Accountable for proper master data handover during project execution and –handover to maintenance after project completion.
  • Proper, complete and up to date maintenance master data of completed projects.

 

 

 

Knowledge and Experience

 

 

Project Leader

Working and Thinking level

Bachelor level with technical or civil background.

Experience

  • 6 – 10 years experienced in capital investment projects development and implementation in food industry..
  • Project Management track record and broad experience with suppliers and in a large FMCG or consultancy firm.
  • Knowledgeable about TCM Framework, Project Delivery Processes and PM Practices.
  • Cultural awareness and its components when implementing projects.
  • Experience in coordinating the work of equipment suppliers, consultants, contractors, suppliers and other project team members as part of multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.
  • Expert in Capital Project Excellence, Building-first time right, Supplier relation management and Being a reliable business partner.
  • Expert in Owning technical knowledge & experience and translating into solutions.
  • Risk Analysis, Evaluation and Management
  • Mastered all required skills, activities and experience for PL on foundation level.
  • Fluent English in speech and writing
