Digital Business Intelligence Manager

Job Descriptions:

Own our consumer & customer data, be responsible for business insights generation out if this data and the integrated data strategy, includes facilitating a data driven way of working within the digital team and key stakeholders.  Support test & learn practices to optimize our iB2C/B2Bplatform, media and business decisions.

  • Analyzing centralized consumer data, define consumer data strategy ( E.g. role of 1st,2nd and 3th party data) and drive actionable insights
  • Analyzing customer data to identify customer segments and opportunities to grow B2B/iB2C platform adoption
  • Own eCommerce reporting and recommendations to grow the B2B/iB2C business
  • Actionable insights and weekly reports that drive revenue/costs savings with the business
  • Ecommerce: Category management – drive recommendations the assortment, content & promotions on B2B/iB2C platform, aiming to increase conversion & margin per order in line with customer & consumer demand
  • Building new data views to support the business (incl. media) and providing suggestions for improvement
  • Sales execution – identify performance of B2B adoption and usage across focus OpCos and identify opportunities to grow usage/online revenue
  • Building  eCommerce dashboards and implementing them in the OpCo for daily tracking and use
  • Ensure that RoI of campaigns are measured by applying techniques such as A/B testing, sales uplift modelling and  Brand lift
  • Clear experiment design & measurement plan for campaigns
  • Identify measurement approach based on available data sources and prepare structured/unstructured large data sets for testing and modelling purposes
  • Results are measured on a daily/weekly basis and post-campaign through standardized dashboards
  • Analyzing external developments and map to internal business operations to identify customer segments and opportunities to grow B2B & B2C platform adoption and usage.
  • Identify areas of data driven opportunities beyond current organizational thinking
  • Deliver data roadmap & strategy B2C/B2B
  • Mine existing and historical data ( e.g 1st ,2nd , 3rd party data sources)  for deeper consumer understanding. Use statistical toolsets to create and further enhance input for audience segmentation to allow more effective personalized media campaigning

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor or Master degree, preferable in business/marketing or of a quantitative nature ( E.g. Information Systems, Data Science, Business administration)
  • Min. of 5 years’ experience in BI
  • Experience with digital research approaches is a pre
  • Experience in ecommerce is a pre
  • Analytical tools such as Microsoft BI, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx (BI & data visualization)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Advanced data analytics skills
  • Working knowledge in statistics and using tools like R and Python
  • Affinity & interest in digital / ecommerce, able to learn very fast, and eager to continuously improve
