eB2B Business Analyst

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Performs customer research (e.g. surveys, interviews) to collect customer data
Data preparations from different business data sources to make data useable for eB2B Area Growth Managers to drive growth across BU’s ( business analysis done by eB2B Area Growth Managers)
Runs platform data analysis (e.g. eB2B financial data, customer  profile data & performance data to find opportunities to drive sales growth of eB2B platform users, -AOV/frequency/basked analysis,  customer behavior to improve retention rate %, predict churn, purchase behavior, -feedback, -NPS) to inform PoC decisions
Translates insights to recommendations (i.e. what changes should be made and/or tested, what this means for scaling etc.)
Defines, implements & improves available dashboards for key stakeholders
Work with datasets to identify issues and drive improvements that have quantifiable impact
Identify issues and new commercial opportunities through deep analysis and innovative research methods
Support additional projects as requested for the digital sales managers

Customer pain point/ needs analysis
Desk-research skills (e.g. surveys / interviews)
Data analysis & analytics (e.g. advanced excel skills)
Dashboard development (e.g. Power BI)
Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
