[Temp 9 month] People Services Operation Executive

Job Description:

The People Services Operation Executive ensures the effective administration of HR policies, procedures, and practices, contributing to a positive employee experience and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. HR Administration:
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, HRIS data integrity, and benefits administration.
  • Process employee life cycle events such as onboarding, staff promotion, transferring, and offboarding.
  • Be Tier 1 to manage and respond to HR-related inquiries/request and provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
  1. Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining HR processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in collaboration with HR leadership.
  • Assist with the integration of HR systems and tools.
  1. Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure HR process executions are in compliance with local law and company regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and documentation as required.
  • Assist with audits and compliance reviews.
  1. HR Projects:
  • Participate in and contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Support People team in special projects and tasks.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing English
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience in SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Possess excellent customer service and good collaboration with other teams.
