[Temp 9 month] People Services Operation Executive
Job Description:
The People Services Operation Executive ensures the effective administration of HR policies, procedures, and practices, contributing to a positive employee experience and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- HR Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, HRIS data integrity, and benefits administration.
- Process employee life cycle events such as onboarding, staff promotion, transferring, and offboarding.
- Be Tier 1 to manage and respond to HR-related inquiries/request and provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for streamlining HR processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in collaboration with HR leadership.
- Assist with the integration of HR systems and tools.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure HR process executions are in compliance with local law and company regulations.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and documentation as required.
- Assist with audits and compliance reviews.
- HR Projects:
- Participate in and contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Support People team in special projects and tasks.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing English
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience in SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Possess excellent customer service and good collaboration with other teams.
