TPM Manager - CSLP
Context: HVN Brewery TPM Manager role is to build TPM strategy in line with Opco and Regional Supply Chain roadmap and drive continuous improvement culture at all levels in the organization to optimise quality, cost leadership, customer satisfaction, social responsibility and organisation & people development aligned to HVN SC business needs.
Support to maintain TPM capability of brewery at required level and connect other functions & Opcos beyond Brewery to learn, share & support
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety: Contribute to promoting and sustaining safety, through the implementation of TPM related programs, methodology and tools
- Strategy development & implementation: Translate, build and manage an E2E TPM strategy that translates the Global and OpCo objectives into the brewery operational plans/ roadmap (short & long-term).
- Continuous Program execution: Effectively coordinate the execution of continuous Improvement Program, while contributing to E2E Roadmap and embracing Change management culture
- Stakeholder management: Effectively manage relevant stakeholders ensuring commitment to the implementation of the TPM program.
- Communication & Change management: Communicate and drive a culture of continuous improvement at all levels in the SC organization.
- Training & Coaching: Coach, train and facilitate the continuous improvement Program to all levels in the SC organization.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in manufacturing is preferable.
- Functional Competency: Have knowledge of TPM, LEAN
- English proficiency: Upper Intermediate
- Digital Competency: PC literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI, MS Teams, etc.)
