Purpose of the job
|
This is a dedicated role that is accountable for the entire Portfolio, i.e. the set of Products and Product Teams it contains. The Senior Digital Manager is accountable for the overall value delivery of the Portfolio and manages the budget & prioritisation inside the Portfolio and is from the Function that the Portfolio delivers value for.

Effective business partnering
|
- Manages the engagement with stakeholders above and between Portfolios;
- Owns the success of the Portfolio, business value and landing of the change in all parts of the organisation;
- Leads and continuously promotes the Portfolio, to gain informed acceptance and commitment to the goals;

|
Effective product management
|
- Acts as ultimate Portfolio Product Owner, ensuring the full set of Products adheres to the vision;
- Ensures that Product Owners prioritise backlogs based on strategic priorities;
- Manages Product budget decisions as well as financial risks and opportunities;
- Empowers the Product Owners and the Product Teams to deliver successfully;
- Is overall accountable for the adherence to standards that are applicable to the Portfolio;
- Accountable for delivering the Products within scope, time and budget in line with methodology and policies;

Product delivery
|
- Balances the need for fast and flexible delivery with long term sustainability & efficiency goals;
- Resolves impediments that go beyond the Portfolio and supports Product Owners to resolve impediments within the Portfolio;
- Sets a clear and compelling vision for the Portfolio together with key stakeholders, and promotes this vision within HEINEKEN;
- Leads by example and empowers teams to develop themselves;
- Fosters an environment in which team members work together and motivate each other to perform in engaged and high-performing teams.

Knowledge and Experience
|
|
Education Requirements
|
Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, information technology, engineering or a related discipline
|
|
Language Requirements
|
Good command in English, both written and spoken
|
|
Years of Experience
|
- 8+ years of professional experience in digital & commercial functions, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, driving cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Product Development for Commercial Systems, including but not limited to:
- Distributor Management Systems (DMS)
- Sales Force Automation (SFA)
- B2B eCommerce platforms
- Tranportation Management System (TMS)
- Trade Promotion Management (TPM)
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end digital transformation projects, from ideation and design to deployment and scale-up, with measurable business impact.
- Strong background in stakeholder management, agile methodologies, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations with a focus on delivering customer-centric digital solutions.
- Technical Experience: cloud platforms, API integration, and enterprise system architecture

- High degree of resilience and an ability to deal with ambiguity, stress and the ability to shape & carry the Portfolio. Turning it around where needed
- Able to navigate and reconcile divergent stakeholder views to avoid delay or impact on product delivery
- Able to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders through credibility, trust, and rapport at all levels, both within and outside of the organisation
- Strong understanding of business and processes
- Navigate senior relationships and support effective decision making throughout the products
