RtR Lead
1. Main responsibility:
- In charge of the assigned legal entities belong to HVN and HVN consolidated financial statements
- Ensure compliance with Group Accounting Policy and VAS
- Lead in creating SOP/new way of working for Group Reporting
- Manage stakeholders in Commerce, Supply Chain and Support Function sides in matters related to Record-to-Report
- The main point of contact for Reporting related topics for stakeholders from other departments
- Analyze, standardize, and promote new initiatives, ways of working across all entities, aiming to improve RtR process efficiency
- Execute of new business processes, solving issues on ERP system
- Manage Record-to-Report related internal controls
- Manage periodic audits (both internal & external) for assigned entities
- Lead and contribute to Reporting Team’s projects
- Manage and develop subordinate team members.
2. Critical experiences and competencies:
- At least 5-year relevant experience in an FMCG company
- PC literacy (Excel and other Accounting applications)
- Familiar with IFRS and VAS
- Highly skilled in Stakeholder Management
- Ability to convert complex reporting standards into business language & align with other department’s stakeholders
- Analytical skill & good attention to detail
- Communication & time management
3. Challenges:
- Time constraints due to tight reporting submission deadlines
- Challenges from converting complex financial & accounting standards into day-to-day language, to explaining and aligning with senior stakeholders from other departments.
- High pressure and hold high responsibilities when it comes to periodic audits from external auditors.
- Conversant with spoken and written English
- Good analytical thinking, focus on details, accuracy
- Familiarity with Oracle JDEdwards is a plus
