Regional Distributor Development Manager

Job Purpose
Responsible for ensuring initiatives that modernizes and professionalize the distributors’ business management and operations by adopting, defining, implementing, and evaluating best practices in order to support and expand the business performance of HVN direct and indirect distribution.
Accountability
- Driving team performance: Sets &Track comprehensive performance targets for individual distributors & Sub-D linked to JBP
- Sales Planning: Develop daily and weekly sales plans and goals for DDE, drive strong omni channel (reduce traditional order taking) in line with sales team to improve territory impact
- Distributor Development tracking in line with DOF: Collaborate with DDT HO to effectively communicate execution plan to DDE. Monitor and ensure that all programs are correctly executed
- Performance Monitoring: Manages and drive performance via reward and compensation (P4P) scheme to support their improvement in line with DOF & distributor policy
- Voice of Distributor: Re-present the Voice of Distributor in input and feedback on Distributor strategy and in-market execution
- Negotiation Support: Assist DDE in negotiating with distributors for long-term cooperation and propose reasonable improvement activity to RTC regional.
- Meetings and Coaching: Conduct daily meetings, plan work-with sessions, one-on-one coaching with DDE to support staff in improving performance.
- Adherence Monitoring: Ensure distributors and sub-distributors adhere to agreed terms, including avoiding cross-territory sales and ensuring data accuracy.
Qualifications/Experience
- Education background: University degree Masters and Bachelors, preferably in Business Management, Economics, or Marketing & Sales
- Language requirements: English (proficient in speaking and writing)
- Additional Skills requirements:
- Required work experience in field of expertise: Proven track record and strong experience in distributor development and distributor management; experience in deploying digital solution with distributors will be plus
- Other experiences: (Digital) Transformation/acceleration, collaboration with cross function especially sales team; Distributor Development head office and CS&L team
- Functional skills: strategic thinking, People development,
- Knowledge of industry and digital trends; strong data analytics skills
- Communication skills: Manages strategic relationships with several internal/external stakeholders. Clear & simple communication, proactively collaborating. Team management
- Other skills: Change/project management, influencing without control.
