Effective business partnering

• Works with business / end user to establish, maintain and refine product requirements and product backlog
• Owns the user experience, understands end user business value, prioritizes accordingly
• Represents the product team externally

Effective project management – following Agile discipline

• Works with product team to plan sprints and sprint content
• Defines product vision, release, sprint goals and is responsible for ensure in time completion
• Manage team to achieve specific project goals and success criteria at a specified time

% from P&L results and reporting

• Creates, maintains and manages product budget
• Responsible for the product success incl. P&L
• Full reporting in time and in full

Level of education

Bachelor or Master degree

Field of education

Business Administration, Information Systems Management, or Computer Science with relevant business experience

Years of experience

(including Mgt Experience)

5+ years in a working in agile product teams, with 2+ years in a leadership role

• Agile coach certification
• Project Management skill
• Complex Stakeholder ecosystem to be managed

• Demonstrable experience of engaging executives and other stakeholders to support important business decisions
• Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate communication between business and tech teams on complex technical issues
• An entrepreneurial spirit with independent and creative thinking
