Procurement Lead

Working location: Ho Chi Minh city

Job Summary:

• Develops strategic and operational plans, manages execution, and measures results.

• Formulates strategies, schedules, and work assignments to ensure projects meet time and budget goals.

• Maintains and analyzes supplier performance measurements.

• Provides recommendations for cost reduction and quality improvement.

• Oversees sourcing processes, standards, and practices to align programs with company business goals and objectives.

• Maintains supplier database and conducts cost driver analysis.

• Establishes and updates cost models for cost analysis, including understanding supply and demand market, category supply market, cost structure, and total cost of ownership (TCO).

• Administers contracts, orders, and commitments for goods and services.

• Forecasts, monitors, and reports performance targets.

• Achieves assigned cost savings targets and payment terms.

• Pursues aggressive cost savings by continually developing new alternative suppliers.

• Ensures sourcing and contract compliance with company policy.

• Verifies the accuracy of data and data workflow on dashboards and platforms.

• Enhances stakeholder satisfaction by understanding their perceptions versus expectations

• Project Management: Drive change in a multi-functional and multi-cultural environment to provide clear business enablement. Manage sustainability project.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree
• Above 7 years' experience in procurement area (management level is a plus)
• Above 5 years' experience in FMCG procurement area
• Experience in international & complex environment is a plus
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and writing (Good communication skill in both Vietnamese and English)
• Skillful in computer software: Excel, Words,...
• Experience of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate is a plus
• Knowledge of SAP/Oracle and procurement system preferred
• Knowledge of E-auction system is a plus
