People Services Operation Executive
- HR Administration:
- Oversee daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, ensuring HRIS data integrity, and managing benefits administration.
- Handle employee life cycle events such as onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency with employee centricity
- Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with the integration of HR systems and tools.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure HR process executions are in compliance with local law and company regulations.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and documentation as required.
- Assist with audits and compliance reviews.
- HR Projects:
- Participate in and contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Support the People team in special projects and tasks..
