People Services Operation Executive

  1. HR Administration:
  • Oversee daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, ensuring HRIS data integrity, and managing benefits administration.
  • Handle employee life cycle events such as onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  1. Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency with employee centricity
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the integration of HR systems and tools.
  1. Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure HR process executions are in compliance with local law and company regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and documentation as required.
  • Assist with audits and compliance reviews.
  1. HR Projects:
  • Participate in and contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Support the People team in special projects and tasks..
