People Experience Executive (Ho Chi Minh - Head Office)

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Performance Management, Leadership Development and Talent Development
- Consult Supply Chain People Business Partners (SC PBPs) and Learning and Development (L&D) team in deployment and execution of leadership (HEINEKEN Behaviours) and talent development programs.

2. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Design and customize culture building & employee engagement initiatives in SC.
- Consult and guide SC PBPs and L&D in deployment of relevant culture and change management.

3. Enabler Facilitation
- Take part in building capability for People team members.
- Consult SC PBPs and L&D in strategic HR aspects, especially in organization design, resource planning, performance & talent management, etc.
- Analyse and explain key people indicators to provide useful conclusions.
- Communicate any changes or updates of relevant enablers to support PBPs and L&D.
- Take part in other improvement projects when required.

 

JOB REQUIREMENT

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Human Resource, Psychology or related fields
- Minimum 2-year experience in Human Resource/ preferably in L&D, Talent Management
- Critical Thinking
- Customer-oriented & Data-driven Mindset
- Interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders
- Project management and execution
- English: Upper Intermediate (CEFR)
