People Business Partner

  • As a People Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the company’s people strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HNV ways of working. You will act as an enabler to the leadership team to drive workforce planning, talent management & development, and as a bridge to HNV to ensure standardization and consistency
  • Population in scope include Tiger Tribe and D&A Hub and any other population defined under Tiger Tribe legal entity

 

Key Responsibilities:

HR Partnership:

  • Implement and ensure compliance with HNV HR policies and procedures, including Labour Regulations, Collective Labour Agreement, and Staff Handbook.
  • Provide HR advisory support to people managers on day-to-day organizational operations including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, promotion, salary review, etc.
  • Manage end-to-end HR processes for all employees in Tiger Tribe, including performance management, succession planning, and employee relations.
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for trade union engagement, fostering constructive employee relations and ensuring alignment with labour agreements

Talent Management & Employee Engagement:

  • Partner with leadership team to drive employee engagement through climate champions and other initiatives.
  • Monitor workforce and succession planning, and manage end to end people review / talent management for Tiger Tribe such as identifying key talents, providing advice to their development plan, coordinating with HNV for program nomination & implementation.
  • Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs to support organizational development in collaboration with HNV Talent Development CoE
  • Lead recruitment efforts for senior-level roles, ensuring alignment with workforce planning and organizational culture.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on Graduate and Internship Programs, ensure consistent Employer Brand, communication and hiring cycle aligned with HNV

Safety & Wellbeing

  • Champion workplace safety and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to implement health and safety programs, provide training, conduct risk assessments, and act as a point of contact for wellbeing-related concerns.

Internal Communication

  • Drive internal communication strategies to ensure consistent and transparent messaging across the entity.
  • Facilitate employee understanding of company policies, changes, and initiatives through effective communication channels.
  • Support leadership in cascading key messages and fostering a culture of openness and trust.

Continuous Improvement

  • Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improving organizational effectiveness, productivity, and future readiness.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Expertise (CoEs) to design and implement improvement initiatives tailored to the entity’s needs.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources managing end-to-end HR activities
  • Demonstrated success in culture & engagement
  • Familiar with safety, wellbeing and corporate communication
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated abilities to influence the business & senior stakeholders

  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
