Operational Procurement Specialist (System)

Job Description:

Provide procurement analysis reports with insightful information and call to actions, covering key aspects in an integrated approach:

• Spend
• Procurement performance
• Compliance
• Supplier performance

Execute the procurement digitalization agenda, build internal tools to reduce manual work using available resources

Train end users about system knowledge and drive self-service way of working

Execute projects to drive continuous improvement in procurement operation through system, process and way of working

Manage the Supplier Engagement Program

Be the key user to coordinate with global technical team to support stakeholders for system issues

Develop a comprehensive data dictionary and blueprint for existing platforms and dashboards to ensure precise data translation and accurate implementation

Assist in constructing the data warehouse and data model for the necessary dashboards and tools within the Microsoft Ecosystem

Requirement:

University Degree in Economics/Technical Science/Data Science/Supply chain & Logistics Management/ IT

Strong understanding in ERP system and have experience with procurement process. Experience with ERP systems. Oracle/SAP is preferred.

Proficient with Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience in developing Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs) and writing blueprints

Understanding & experience with AI adoption in business (especially in Procurement) is preferred.

Strong data analysis skill to identify insights and develop recommendations to support the category management.
