Learning & Development Management:
- Oversee the function training and development for Marketing and Other Sales teams.
- Collaborate with PBP to conduct Training Needs Analysis and deploy functional training plans.
- Keep track and monitor training cost-effectiveness and provide quarterly updates to PBP and stakeholders.
Training Logistics:
- Organize logistics for in-house and external training sessions, including venue arrangements, catering, and participant management.
- Follow up on training quotations and contracts to ensure timely execution.
Training Materials Preparation:
- Prepare and maintain all training materials and resources related to L&D operations.
Collaboration with External Training Providers:
- Search and choose reliable external training services to conduct/faciliate L&D training program.
Onboarding Process:
- Lead the onboarding e-learning process and communicate effectively with new joiners to ensure a smooth implementation.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Handle online approvals, e-claims, and purchase orders related to L&D activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and success of learning and development activities.
