Mobile Developer Intern

Learning & Development Management:

  • Oversee the function training and development for Marketing and Other Sales teams.
  • Collaborate with PBP to conduct Training Needs Analysis and deploy functional training plans.
  • Keep track and monitor training cost-effectiveness and provide quarterly updates to PBP and stakeholders.

Training Logistics:

  • Organize logistics for in-house and external training sessions, including venue arrangements, catering, and participant management.

 

  • Follow up on training quotations and contracts to ensure timely execution.

Training Materials Preparation:

  • Prepare and maintain all training materials and resources related to L&D operations.

Collaboration with External Training Providers:

  • Search and choose reliable external training services to conduct/faciliate L&D training program.

 

 

 

Onboarding Process:

  • Lead the onboarding e-learning process and communicate effectively with new joiners to ensure a smooth implementation.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Handle online approvals, e-claims, and purchase orders related to L&D activities to ensure efficient operations.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and success of learning and development activities.
